Electroline
currently offers seven product families to serve the specific, fast-evolving
requirements of cable network operators.
- The
Electroline Addressable System
-
Electroline's
Addressable System offers cable operators several advantages. Amongst
its various capabilities, it is primarily used to instantly connect
or disconnect subscribers and to remotely manage subscriber services.
This remote management capability enables cable operators to dramatically
reduce truck rolls and eliminate non-paying subscribers and overdue
accounts. The results from its implementation demonstrate a dramatic
increase in cash flow, the minimization of bad debt and an increase
in cable penetration. Successful cable companies worldwide use Electroline's
Addressable System to substantially reduce the cost of doing business
and significantly increase their ability to respond to customers.
- The
CLEARPath Ingress Management Solution
CLEARPath
has changed the process for detecting and locating ingress. This fully-integrated
technology solution continuously monitors the return band to detect
and locate ingress within minutes. Field units deployed in the distribution
network help pinpoint the offending segment to rapidly locate the source
of ingress. CLEARPath is a combination of return path products that
form a complete solution for cable return band network management. It
includes the CLEARPath field switching modules (CPMs), CLEARPath Integrated Modules
(CPIM), CLEARPath Rack-mounted Modules (CPRM), Test Point Selectors (TPS) to monitor individual nodes at the headend,
and Locator software.
- The
Complete Line of Drop Amplifiers
-
As
the world's first company to offer a gallium arsenide (GaAs) drop amplifier
technology with an ultra low 3dB noise figure, Electroline took on a
leading role from the start. Today, it maintains this position by offering
a family of top-quality drop amplifiers to meet specific, multiple service
requirements. Built for reliability, these amplifiers help guarantee
maximum performance of fast-emerging broadband services.
- Network Status Monitoring Transponders
-
Electroline is offering a new HMS Transponder with Embedded DOCSIS® Modem (DHT) technology for managing, monitoring and controlling HFC network devices. Transponders are installed into HFC equipment such as standby power supplies, fiber nodes, and optical amplifiers, and also can be implemented as stand-alone independent network test points (or otherwise known as end of line monitors).
- Line
Passives
-
-
Electroline
also manufactures a wide variety of passive CATV devices for cable service
providers, such as splitters, multitaps, wall taps, directional couplers,
power inserters, equalizers and filters.
- Electroline EDX Optical Mini Node
-
-
With it’s high 50dBmV 1GHz output and variety of return laser options, the EDX Mini Node is the perfect solution for MDUs, and commercial complexes such as universities, hospitals, and business parks. The CWDM return transmitter option with WDM combines multiple two-way nodes on a single fiber - up to 8 buildings on a single fiber. The EDX is ideal for advanced FTTH and fiber-to-the-building applications eliminating the need for post-node amplifiers in the network.
